Set Up Events can handle all your event production and timing needs. We specialize in the management and timing of triathlons and duathlons and have produced over 350 events since 1994. And we also time 5K's, 10K's and half marathons!
Our services include:
- Complete event management, production and direction by one of our three production teams
- Planning and permitting for your event
- Marketing support through our website
- Complete data entry, timing and results
- Use of the ChampionChip timing system and software
- USA Track & Field certification services
Plus, we will provide all equipment necessary for event production, including:
- Finish Line (sound system, fencing, tents, pennant line, inflatable)
- Transition Area (bike racks, fencing, signage)
- Course signage and mile markers
- Swim buoys (GPS-measured courses)
