In 1994, Bill Scott created Set Up Events. Since that time, no other triathlon race production company in the U.S. (with the exception of World Triathlon Corp), has produced more races than Set Up.

Coming out of Covid, Set Up Events remains a force in triathlon race production in the mid-Atlantic region.

In addition to the numerous Half Iron, International, and Sprint distance triathlons produced, Set Up also provides production and timing services for a variety of events from runs to swim races to bike events.
