North Carolina Triathlon Series
The NCTS is the largest and longest running triathlon series in the U.S.
Totaling 18 events, the NCTS is comprised of early season pool swim sprint distance events, traditional sprint distance events, international distance events, and two half iron distance events.
NCTS events are staged from the foothills of the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains to the beautiful beaches of southeastern North Carolina – from the metropolises of Charlotte and Raleigh to wide-open out of the way places like White Lake.
Over 6,000 different people race in the NCTS with the 18 events attracting over 12,000 registrations.
In 2010, the NCTS will be undergoing more changes than at any point since the inception of the series back in 1999. These changes are designed to keep the NCTS vibrant and progressive.
