Set Up Events is committed to maintaining your privacy in all aspects of its business. If we gather information, we want you to understand when and how we obtain that information. If you become a Set Up Events member, you will receive communication from us either directly from our website or via our bulk mail provider Constant Contact.
You have the ability to opt out at any time from your personal profile or from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email communication we send. We do NOT share or sell your information and we encrypt it in our database and secure it behind firewalls. We may plant cookies for your convenience but upon leaving the website, all cookies are marked expired and we do not reuse that information in future visits.
All users are encouraged to use strong password and to never share them. Passwords are encrypted and we do not use them to gain access to your account. We have admin rights that allow us to view and modify your information on your behalf if required.
You will be required to provide an email for when you create an account with Set Up Events. This email will not be reveled or shared with any other Set Up Events users and we may use that email to send you system messages and from time to time send you information of news and upcoming events via our bulk mail provider. We periodically share third party emails with you via our bulk email provider without sharing your email with those third parties.
If you do not provide an accurate email address, you will not receive email from Set Up Events or be able to retrieve or reset you password.
