Policies and Refunds

Registration for many 2010 events begins at 12pm on January 2, 2010. This year we are staggering registration for all events. Meaning, registration for some events will open on January 2nd, while others will open on January 3rd, and still others will open on January 4th or later in the year. Make sure to note the day and time that registration opens for the events you want to sign up for.

It is important that prior to this date, you either update your Member Profile, or if you are new to Set Up Events go to the "FREE SIGN-UP" page and create your Member Profile.

Also, to make the registration process quicker, we encourage you to create a PayPal account, as all transactions will occur through this online channel and mail-in entries will not be accepted. It should be noted that you can register through our system WITHOUT creating a Pay Pal account. Simply click the link next to the credit card logos when you are directed to the PayPal site. This will allow you to register without the creation of a PayPal account.

Refunds

As refund amounts and guidelines differ for each event, please check the specific refund policy listed on each event page. To request a refund, please complete the online form available on the respective event page.

Gift Certificates

Now that Set Up Events is working with PayPal to bring you new and easier ways to register for our events, you may also purchase gift certificates to give at the holidays, birthdays or any other special occasion.
