Description

The specific date and time for online registration for the 2010 event will also be announced on December 1, 2009.
Located in the heart of Lynchburg, VA this early season pool sprint is one of the few urban venues in the VTS lineup. A 300 meter swim is followed by some urban riding to take athletes to the open rolling bike course along the James river. This out and back course is fast with some technical sections and short steep climbs. The first and last miles of the run take athletes through scenic downtown Lynchburg with the middle mile on local bike paths. Save some energy for the last climb coming back into town so you can look great running across the finish line in downtown Lynchburg.

Swim Times: Swim times are posted below. Please note that these will not be changed for any reason.
Event Site Rules
The last day to change your swim time is Friday April 10th. You can do this by logging into your profile, selecting this race registration and updating your swim time. Be sure to enter your time in MM:SS format.
How to submit or change your swim time
Based upon your estimated 100 yard swim time you will be assigned a specific start time. This is when you start the race. It is not a suggested time to show up on race day. It is very important that you be in the pool and lined up at least 15 minutes before you start the race.

Saturday April 25: 11-5PM at Holiday Inn Select
Pre-Race Meeting at 4PM.
Expo from 11-5PM with clinic schedule to be posted the Tuesday prior to the event.

REFUND POLICY
This event it now full. Refunds will no longer be issued per the refund policy below.
50% of your entry fee will be refunded until March 20, 2009 or until the event has filled. No refunds will be issued for any reason after March 20, 2009. Event entries are not transferable between persons, events or years. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By registering for this event you agree to these refund terms. To request a refund you must complete the refund request form using the link below BEFORE the posted refund deadline.
Every effort will be made to have this event on time on this date. Should this event be cancelled due to an Act of God or other circumstance beyond the race directors control there will be no refunds, credits, or transfers.
