This new addition to the 2010 Inside-Out Sports North Carolina Triathlon Series schedule promises to be a good one. Located in Iredell County, Stumpy Creek Park is a hidden gem.
Course Descriptions:
Swim: The 1500 meter swim takes place in Lake Norman. The course allows for beautiful views of Lake Norman.
Bike: The 24.3 Mile bike course is a fast yet challenging course with rolling hills. It takes participants on rural country roads through Iredell County.
Run: The 10K course is a 2 loop design through quiet neighborhood roads.
