Description
ON-LINE REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED. WE WILL BE TAKING REGISTRATIONS DURING POSTED PACKET PICK-UP HOURS ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
Welcome to the End of the World! As we all know the Mayans have determined that December 22, 2012 will be the last day of the planet Earth as we know it. So, since you won't feel much pain (or at least for very long) after this event, you might as well throw it onto your schedule and show those Mayans who's boss!
While we certainly don't believe the end is upon us, we can't think of a better way to snub your nose at the doomsdayers than to lace up the racing flats and throw down a Personal Best here in the great town of Travelers Rest.
"Death is perhaps the only certainty in this life; yet the fear of death stalks most people" is an ancient Mayan quote we find quite fitting here. Make this End of the World Run your Beginning of the World Run and jump start a brand new you, unafraid and triumphant!
We will see you at the last finish line you may ever see!

The 10K Course Map has now been posted. We aren't gonna lie, it is a super easy course (ok we may lie). Easy or Hard, the last 10K of your life should be one that leaves you sore, right? Enjoy you final few days!

The 10K is limited to the first 500 entries. If we all go during the race we don't want more than that on the course.
Timing System
"It's the End of the World as We Know It, now what's my time?" Lucky for you we are using the MyLaps Bib Tag system to time this event. They are bomb proof so even as the earth begins to cumble, we will still get your time so you can show all those who are left behind.
