I'm getting an error when I try to log in

If you are having trouble logging in to our site and you are seeing an error that your username and password cannot be found, please be sure to enter your username and password exactly as you did when setting up your acount. If you've lost your password or username, use the password retrieval form on our login page.

Nothing happens when I click on the "Log In" button

If you click on the "Log In" button and are returned to the login form with no error displaying, that means that your browser has become confused. Set Up Events no longer stores cookies via your browser on your computer. Internet Explorer has cached your session information and is using this incorrectly to contact our server.

To correct this problem, do the following:

  1. Click on "Tools" in the top menu in Internet Explorer. That's the menu right under the title bar at the top of your browser.
  2. Click on "Internet Options..."
  3. Click on the "General" tab.
  4. Click on the "Delete..." button.
  5. Uncheck the "Preserve Favorites website data"
  6. Check the following
    • "Temporary Internet Files"
    • "Cookies"
    • "History"

The remaining check box's can be left unchecked.
